  The minimum viable version of the backend Hack4Impact API. Encompassing the service layer & corresponding functions, the GraphQL schemas / resolvers, the REST controllers / routes, and 80% test coverage on all functions & endpoints via unit & integration tests. The main API will cover all common functionality of the API as appropriate for the v1.0 including managing volunteers, chapters, projects, and nonprofits. It should allow for editing, querying, searching, and filtering of associated tables.
