Set up S3 Bucket

Use the supplied habitat for humanity AWS account to set up an S3 bucket for Photo storage.
Since we don't have easy access to the old accounts, we need to set up our own databases and accounts to use within our project.

• Create an S3 Bucket for Image storage
• Add the connection url to the env file
• Let a Tech Lead know once completed so we can distribute the new env file
