Update Primary Navigation of FranticSearch

Update Frantic Search's Initial navigation layout to follow material design patterns provided by google. I'll probably update this issue later tonight to have a general mock-up of what that should look like.

I'll consider this issue done once the initial navigation matches the mockups, as well as, has as a bare minimum some happy path tests written for it.

I'm going to keep application navigation simple for now, all of the main activities will be accessible from a navigation drawer and follow material design guidelines. outlined here: https://material.io/design/navigation/understanding-navigation.html#lateral-navigation, as well as, here: https://material.io/develop/android/components/navigation-view/
