Va reso possibile l'avvio di un autocertifcazione tramite link che potremmo inviare per email.

Ad esempio /selfcert/{mese}, il link fa la stessa cosa del primo clic sul + selezionando in automatico il mese, quindi si mostra il "pre submit"
