Rosetta weekly update — here's what shipped Mon 10.08 – Sun 16.08

📐 The specs command now stores acceptance criteria as typed EARS objects instead of given/when/then triples, tracks evidence/subsystem/component per requirement, and can author a full requirement unit straight from its own --help — no external template needed.
📖 Two new guides: a day-to-day User Guide (pick your scenario, follow one page) and Rosetta's first Modernization Guide (principles, red flags, process, start prompts). Both published on a web site that now builds with the same Jekyll engine as local dev.
❓ HITL questions are now 5-15 words, one topic each, and escalate a fresh round at MEDIUM severity instead of waiting for CRITICAL/HIGH.
🔧 Six CI papercuts fixed, including an actions/checkout guardrail change that had been failing every fork pull request outright.
