<Dialog> page zoom breaks

Describe the bug

I ran into a problem in the Dialog box that if overflow: auto and the content scrolls through, and if I enter the inputs or click on the button, the dialog box scrolls to the beginning.
And this is only if the scale is zoomed in or out.

I decided to check on stackblitz, as a result, when zooming in, the dialog box stops scrolling

@Bulatick Seems like a bug while transitioning height. You can disable it via disableHeightTransition prop as workaround. We'll investigate this problem
