Add game customization

Build support for additional customizations, including:

• custom board layout
  • Select height/width (scrabble & upwords)
  • UI to place modifiers on any tile (scrabble only)
• custom tile distribution (scrabble & upwords)
• custom point distribution (scrabble only)
• custom max height? (upwords only)
