Add option to enable opponent challenges

Add a new game option which

• Turns off active word validation
• Adds a "challenge" button to turn actions if it's not the first turn
  • on confirmation, challenge immediately validates prior opponent's turn. (Check scrabble rules for successful & failed challenge handling).
