file progress updating issue

Hi,
First of all, thank you for this repo.

When I run /kiro-impl SPECNAME, sometimes the spec file updates the "phase" to "implementation-complete", but sometimes it doesn’t. Also, roadmap.md is never updated.

Am I doing something wrong?

For example, in this case, the spec tasks are completed but the phase still shows "tasks-generated" instead of "implementation-complete".

However, in another spec, the phase is correctly marked as "implementation-complete".

Also, the roadmap does not update the dependency order even after the implementation-complete phase, as shown in the image below.

Thanks for reporting this. You're not doing anything wrong.

Right now, implementation progress comes from the task checkboxes in tasks.md, and /kiro-spec-status derives progress from that. spec.json.phase is not yet a reliable signal for implementation completion, so it may still show tasks-generated even after the tasks are done.

roadmap.md is also a planning file from discovery, not a live tracker updated by /kiro-impl.

So this is confusing behavior on our side, not a mistake on yours.
I agree the status handling should be more consistent, and I plan to improve it.

As someone who doesn’t have a strong software development background, I’m trying to build things step by step, so I really needed a repository like this.
