Yes. @gorhom/bottom-sheet does not add its own native module; it uses React Native Reanimated and React Native Gesture Handler, which are included in Expo Go. The project also lists Expo compatibility in its README.

Install versions compatible with your Expo SDK rather than choosing those dependencies manually:

npm install @gorhom/bottom-sheet@^5
npx expo install react-native-reanimated react-native-gesture-handler

Then wrap the application root with GestureHandlerRootView as required by Gesture Handler. The installation guide is here: https://gorhom.dev/react-native-bottom-sheet/

If your app later needs a different native version of Reanimated or Gesture Handler than the one bundled in Expo Go, use an Expo development build at that point. For the versions supplied by your Expo SDK, Expo Go is sufficient.
