nam files: Add "includes" chains in a map sidefile? #7

The nam file "include headers" that were added in 2017 (googlefonts/gftools@a5cf70f) were lost when nam files were updated in 2019 (googlefonts/gftools@9f1fd9c)

To keep them around, and prevent them being removed again, I'd like to add them to all to a standalone "map" file
