'Add background image...' twice in menu bar #1833

I noticed that 'Add background image...' is now twice in the menu bar:
Edit -> 'Add background image...'
+
Glyph -> 'Add background image...'

@justvanrossum Is this intended?

Oops no, that was not intentional. It is a side effect of adding it to the context menu, which automatically shares some bits with the Edit menu.

Maybe we should remove it from the Glyph menu.

Or maybe we should take this as an opportunity to rethink both Edit and Glyph, and see if we can improve.
