Runtime frequently got disconnected

I am a PRO+ user was running 2 runtimes, yet one of it constantly lose connection to the runtime amid running for no reason:

The same was happening on the free tier yesterday and today, with frequent disconnects for multiple users (my students) and slow reconnecting (not due to wifi).

Same thing yesterday AND today. Random disconnect and the entire local file set wiped.
