Make cache configurable

I am wondering if the [cache](https://github.com/google/webrisk/blob/master/webrisk_client.go#L226) within `WebriskClient` can be made extendable and configurable.

The specific use case I have is to back the cache by Redis/Memcache which can be shared by multiple replicas of `WebriskClient` running on separate boxes.
