Hello

I know it is not an issue but it will be very usefully to have a new installable version with last features of volley ready to install by means of gradle. Date of last release is 16 jul 2018.

It sounds like a while, but there haven't been a huge amount of since the changes last release - mostly resolution of a number of edge cases. Is there a particular pressing issue you're encountering with the production version that you're awaiting a release for?

We publish SNAPSHOT builds for every commit, so you can use these from Gradle if you want to stay on the bleeding edge. We try to keep a high commit bar so these should be fairly stable if you pin to a particular version, though we can't guarantee stability. Please see https://github.com/google/volley/wiki/Frequently-Asked-Questions#how-can-i-use-prerelease-versions-of-volley for how to do this.

We're hoping to work on #181 soon; I'd like to see where that goes and/or examine the other bugs under the 1.2.0 milestone before cutting that release officially.

I would love to see a release if only to include #283. Having a constant stream of errors in logs due to Volley complaining about "0" being used as the value for the Expires header is incredibly annoying.
