MusicBrainz web interface integration

The MB web interface has a feature that lets you put "tagger" buttons on its 
search plugins. These invoke a callback to your tagger via a local HTTP server 
that indicates the user's choice. Would be a good alternative to beets' "manual 
search" option.

Use the "tport=" GET parameter to set up the callbacks. Example: 
http://musicbrainz.org/search/textsearch.html?type=release&query=beets&tport=800
