Create pop method #2
Description
Create a 'pop' method for the 'detach' classes to produce a minimal version of the model (standard scaler + pruned rocket + linear regression), which can be used to make inferences for new instances. This streamlined dropped model will be smaller and faster than the whole instance of the detach class.
