Where did --skip-dirs, --skip-files and --exclude go in v2?

Is there a migration suggestion for people who were using the --exclude flag? I see that it's removed, but reading through the migration guide I don't see what to migrate to. For context, we used that flag because we have a centrally managed config for our org and were opting out of a few rules in some repos.

Each project has specificities, and a global configuration is a problem.

Hah! We're actually talking about the same thing - that's literally global config I want to add a few exclusions to, the one Nate setup at GitHub. We opted out of a handful of rules on several of our repos. Thanks for the response, looks like you already have thought about this and decided it's not the route you want to go.

For the context:

--exclude was related to an option that has been removed:

In v2, issues.exclude has been replaced with another option that is not CLI-friendly:

The topic about "shareable/mergeable/remote" configuration is something I plan to work on, it's on my to-do list, but I don't know when I will handle it.

Got it. We've got couple paths forward (copy config & change a bit or just follow all the rules), I'll dig in and see which route our team wants to go. Appreciate it - thanks for all your work on a really useful project!
