iOS 9 specific Unhandled Keychain Error

i've faced "BPXLUUIDHandler Unhandled Keychain Error 4294933278" error.
Is anyone faced this problem ?
And is this commit (https://github.com/journeyapps/cordova-ios-uuid/commit/e400624ff10a0f27e7708fb05458c6b9e22365c8) resolve the problem ?
