Automatically add all logged-in users as Limited Guest to a private project

Is is possible to automatically add all logged-in users as Limited Guest to a private project?

Context: in our organization, each team are granted in their own private project to upload their images, while people from the entire organization should be enable to pull all images from all teams.

Currently we have to grant every teams as Limited Guest to projects.

Proposal: Harbor may create a default group All which includes all users, so that we can easily grant the Limited Guest role to group All.
