I've done this on several other Helm Chart repositories, the Pact Broker Chart is an example. This can be baked into the CI process where folks update the Chart version on every PR and the Chart releaser will release it and it will automatically create the Github release and attach the change log to it. This will help a massive amount |

There doesn't really seem to be any release notes for the Helm Charts that are released under this repository. Can we get them so folks know what they are getting when they upgrade the Charts to latest versions. As at the moment I'm upgrading our Chart from 1.11.1 to 1.12.2 and I'm not entirely sure what the change differences are.
