GoCD server behind proxy - is this plugin can connect to external URL and what is the proxy settings

We are using this plugin successfully from on-prem GoCD server and connecting to on-prem Artifactory NuGet repository.
However, we are now in the process of moving off from on-prem Artifactory and start using Artifactory SaaS from JFrog Platform jfrog.io. This means, our on-prem GoCD server which is behind proxy needs to connect to .jfrog.io Artifactory NuGet repository. Does this plugin supports connection behind proxy? If yes, what is the settings required? Any help or advise is highly appreciated.
