Response Viewport Width

The viewport setting isn't documented in the wrapper and doesn't appear able to be set through to the library. This may resolve the following issue:

With Bootstrap (or any other responsive css) and @media queries the 'small screen design' is always set. In Chrome the print preview takes into account paper size, orientation, but setting these in Peckin have no effect. This is likely down to the viewport size, which we appear unable to set.
