How to set proxy_pass with nginx?

I'm trying to set it, but I'm getting frequent disconnection, how to set proxy_pass with nginx?

Why do you need that? Please describe what you want to achieve.

Just access it through a subdomain instead of ip.
Although it looks useless, but i still hope it can be done.

Ok, in that case I would recommend using an external reverse proxy. In my server I use Caddy Server. There are many other alternatives though.
