Updated the memory management configuration in the common.ini file in Wine to reference a physical file instead of using the default method

I successfully installed MT5 in a Docker container and managed to modify several settings before starting the container. However, one setting I couldn't change prior to container startup is the list of allowed URLs. These URLs are stored and modified in memory via Wine, and I haven't been able to find a solution to alter them before the container starts.
