docs: remove stale Claude Web references from installation guides

The Claude Web section was removed from install-claude.md in commit 96a705c
because the remote GitHub MCP Server has known compatibility issues with Claude Web.
Claude Web only supports remote MCP servers, so mentioning it in the installation
guide is misleading. Remove stale references to avoid confusion.
