Backup usability - listing and interacting with backups

Please increase the backup reliability and usability from ```/backups``` directory by:

 - listing of all backups present
 - possibility to download the one or the other backup file
 - delete of backup file

This allows the admins to easily handle the DB even if it's in embedded mode.
