Currently remainders just provide the case number and name and a short body.

It would be great if the remainders:

Have all conversation body
Have the email_id header from the current conversation

This will allow us to:

Reply to reminders and log it on the case history
Get the information of all conversation in the remainder e-mail

Remainders TODO:

ADD email_id header
ADD conversation bodies
Fix remainder to be sent only to the affected "user" (and maybe the BCC too)
