Inserting images from existing images in Refinery

Hi there.

Firstly, great job on making TinyMCE as a RefineryCMS plugin! Had alot of problems with the current WYMeditor.

I've implemented as per your documentation, initialized TinyMCE, with the plugins "image", and "uploadimage". These 2 works fine, as seen in this screenshot:

But, in the end of your description, it says "Simply lets you select from an existing image found in the Images tab or upload a new one right within the dialog."

All though I cannot seem to get this shown at all, am I missing something? Or is something missing from the documentation, or the configuration or anything?

Would very much like to contribute to anything if possible, just need to get this working first :-)
