Hi ggsegGlasser team! I'm still seeing this issue when trying to visualize left hemisphere glasser data. When merging atlas and data by region, it generates the error "some data not merged properly. Check for naming errors in data:" for region 10pp. Right hemisphere 10pp mapping is okay.
Hi. Thank you for promting us for an update on this.
After is was reported first time, we realised that this region on the left side is positioned in a way that it does not actually appear on the lateral and medial slices of the brain. We are still thinking about ways to fix this, but currently that is just how it is :( Its just too small and too much on the edge to create a polygon for visualization :/
Thank you for the update! I agree that given the extremely frontopolar location of 10pp, this does not seem to affect visualization of the LH data. Definitely a tricky area. Thanks so much for these awesome tools.
