[Bug] Refresh JWT tokens on expiry

Describe the bug
The JWT is not refreshed automatically before expiry

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Login as a user
2. When the JWT expires, further data cannot be accessed

Expected behavior
JWT should be automatically refreshed before expiry so that the user doesn't have to log in again.

• Change in backend might be required
