Expo Devtools in Spotlight

Expo provides a set of devtools for mobile devs, and it feels very much in the same vein as Spotlight's goals. We could level up the experience by making those tools (even if only a subset) available within Spotlight, and focusing a user experience on the Spotlight Electron app. That means those developers would get the best of everything - great mobile devtools as well as easy debuggability of their first-party APIs.
