Knowing when an Apple device not in the device list

We should capture an event and send it to Sentry if there is an Apple device not on the list ios-device-list.tsx and ios_models.py, so we don't miss updating it. We have to be careful, though, because if there is a new device not on the list, this potentially creates thousands of events. This is related to #87831.

We should also create an alert and ping the mobile team if this occurs.
