"My Projects" filter not working as expected

Steps to Reproduce

1. Go to the issues page
2. In the project selector, select "My Projects"
3. Check the issues listed on the Issues page.

Expected Result

Only issues from my projects are listed

Actual Result

Issues from other projects that I'm not a member of are listed in the page:

@rodolfoBee can you provide some repro steps? It's working as expected for me.

@MichaelSun48 I'm no longer able to reproduce it on a test user and on an incognito window. Most likely a local cache issue.

If someone can still reproduce, try clearing all browser cache and cookies and let us know if the issue continues.
