Performance - Non descriptive error message and not being able to increase with steps of 50 of Transaction duration threshold

Steps to Reproduce

1. Open up transaction
2. Click on Settings wheel
3. Increase from 300 -> 350
   

Expected Result

Being able to change the number to 350

Actual Result

I got this error message ->
{threshold: ["Invalid threshold - specify a multiple of 100"]}
threshold: ["Invalid threshold - specify a multiple of 100"]

But the UI doesn't explain that.

@Angelodaniel does this setting apply only to how User Misery is calculated? I also think the dialog itself could be improved to explain that this setting applies to user misery calculations.
