Option to configure the exact weekday to receive Weekly Reports

Problem Statement

It'd be great to be able to configure the exact weekday to receive the Weekly Report. From the docs the day was changed from Monday to Saturday:

And it was nice to receive the report on Monday (instead of the weekend).
