Azure DevOps- Granular access controls for users

Problem Statement

Feedback from Customer:

we spoke about the need to control how the project permissions of the one (organization owner or collection admin) setting up the connection from Sentry to an Azure DevOps services organization should not be used by the user that is using the connection to utilize the features in Sentry for a specific projects. I.e. that user should only see the projects they have access to in the Azure DevOps organization, not the projects that the admin sees.

This is a valid ask from the customer and I am adding it to the backlog but we will not be able to prioritize this in the next few quarters at the least

@dalnoki No ETA at the moment. We're reviewing SCM integrations but it might take a while for updates to be done on Azure DevOps.
