Transferring a project breaks code mappings

Code mappings are linked to projects AND organizations. When the project is transferred it stays on the project but not the correct organization which makes it stuck, unable to be edited or removed and new ones cannot be added with the same stack_root.

• Fix the transfer project function to move code mappings to the new organization.
