OSD:re/closed-* build scripts all assume gcc4.4 and 2.6.15kernel#5

In packages/OSD-re/closed-*, the build scripts all assume that gcc 4.4 and kernel 2.6.15 is used.

Fix is to obtain these numbers from Buildroot and use these correct versions instead.
