There is a poly-ribosylation term (GO:0003950) but no term to describe general mono-ribosylation. The new term would act as a grouping terms for the specific GO terms (see children above) where the acceptor aa residue is known and allow to annotate ribosyltransferases that are responsible for mono-ribosylation but for which the aa acceptor is not known.
This is the case for Parp16 in Dmel (PMID:27874829)
