Customise extend model

Hi!

Is it possible to display the model (see photo) as a rectangle rather than a square? The points are all roughly aligned, and I would like to display the model in a line (with a little slack along the edges).

Also, the legend is currently displayed entirely on the side, which means that not all names are fully visible on screen. I cannot immediately find how to change this in Pyvista. Is this possible?

I might misunderstand you here, but are you looking for a simple profile cut along a certain direction? Have you considered custom cross sections yet? example

Personally, I found editing the legend in Pyvista rather tedious. We had a somewhat related discussion a few months back, which might help you building nicer legends :) #980

If it is really a different 3D object you are looking for, I can only think of some ways to achieve this goal. Boolean filters in Pyvista could be applied to all surfaces from Gempy, where the mask would be your desired shape. If you opt for this option, please share the result and also maybe the code, because we have related questions every now and then.
