[Feature] Live Indicator & Viewer count

We are missing somewhat important "Live" context and updates.

The current implementation is more of a simulated viewer count than a method that would return actual accurate viewing count.

Screen readers need to know that the red dot means "Live" and that viewer counts update dynamically.

The pulsing dot is visual; add a "sr-only" (screen-reader only) text span.

Use aria-live="polite" on the viewer count so updates are announced if a user is focused on that card

Improve renderStreams and openStreamDetail

Ensure keyboard focus works properly.

Also the js isn't triggering .viewer-number.pulse

Hi @gbowne1 — I’ll take this issue and open a PR.

Plan:

• Add screen-reader context for the “Live” indicator (sr-only text).
• Add aria-live="polite" for viewer count updates.
• Fix .viewer-number.pulse trigger + ensure keyboard focus behavior.
• Improve renderStreams + openStreamDetail per notes.
