this will allow us to make a super simple map.

Starting using leaflet and open street map. They are open source, so it will save us money using them. I will be linking more work to this branch, as this is not a completely full issue.

Just added some leaf let icons that I thought were honestly very beautiful and worked with our theme.

Will now focus on seperating the code into different client server architecture.

the branch added slider for radius caused error. I then had to make the fixed bad merge, so these two branches above should be in a different order.

This allowed for a circle to be dynamically resized by a slider.
