Signature is empty #7

Hello,
I used gavins installation of this repo at https://bitcoincore.org/~gavin/createpaymentrequest.php to test a BIP70 implementation, but it seems the generated PaymentRequest has always an empty signature and pki_data:
(pki_data and signature size == 0)
I tried different settings, but it always looks the same. Also Bitcoin-Core and other wallets fail or warn if I try to handle this payment request.
Probably its only a problem on the server?
