Describe the bug
The upload queue panel does not close when the space has reached max capacity part way through a bulk upload. Not only does the upload queue panel not close, there is no UI element that allows the user to close it manually either.
To Reproduce
Attempt bulk upload with a total size that exceeds that max capacity of the space.
Expected behavior
The space reached error notification (in the form of a toast) displays but the upload queue panel remains visible in the UI.
