Add Ability to save Cosmetic Settings directly to file from the Randomizer Configuration Settings

I have a few different cosmetic options that I like to switch between but it is a little tedious to manually adjust them all from settings or to copy and paste the file every time. Adding something similar to the custom presets feature but for cosmetic settings would be nice.
