New block request: Table Block

Most good table blocks ('table' as in 'spreadsheet of data', not a grid layout) are Pro and expensive. Stackable can set itself apart with a good table block. (Greenshift has a good one, BTW)

A key feature of a useful table block is mobile-capable, either by stacking or scrolling. Preferably both, but scrolling is more user-friendly.
