This is an official example of Accessibility Extension with FusionCharts: https://www.fusioncharts.com/extensions-accessibility/multi-series-column
When the first legend "IOS App Store" is disabled, steps 2 and 3 in the following screenshot will not work, and the visually visible data inside this bar chart (green and red bars) will no longer be accessible to visually impaired users:

But when the first legend "IOS App Store" is enabled, users can focus on bars in this bar chart:
