[Doc Request] Add hardware sheet for Lite and Lite Plus #151

There is no place in the docs that includes the information on the hardware specs like:

cpu type + cpu speed
ram type + speed
onboard storage capacity + type
usb port standards (2 usb2 + 1 usb3 on cm4) (1 usb2 and 2 sub3 on rk1)
which ports are displayport compatible + display capabilities
gpu
npu
etc...
