Not rules:

1. "On point" talks are designed to be short presentations around 20 minutes long with 10min for QA.
2. The talks objective is to present small, comprehensive topics and let presenters work on their teaching skills.
3. There will be no rating and the feedback can be given if requested from the presenter himself.
4. Talks can be recorded for the presenter to see himself and be able to improve.
5. No food and phones. Just ideas sharing and questions!
